If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, the customer from outside Germany has the following options:

You can cancel your order within 48 hours from ordering in our shop.
To cancel just send an E-Mail or call us.

Exchange:

We grant the customer an exchange. Exchange means: The customer would like to return an item and for that received another item!
The exchange is not a customer´s right, but a voluntary goodwill service by a retailer.

We offer our customers from a value of € 25.00 and after Examination of the circumstances a one-time exchange, the accruing Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer in this case.

It should be self-evident that the respective articles show no signs of use!
This is a voluntary offer to our customers.

If someone realizes shortly after placing the order that the item is out of stock whatever the reason, you can contact me and arrange the cancellation of the order. As long as I haven't started anything or have already made articles at ordered from a supplier, this is usually not a problem.

For Exchange or Returns please send the goods back to the address you´ll find on the invoice or here in the Imprint.

The return costs are to be borne by the customer as well as the renewed shipping costs.

So if something doesn't fit, you have the option of returning the unsuitable item and exchanging it for a suitable item. It goes without saying that the items are unused and show no signs of wear! Otherwise we calculate a loss in value of 25% of the purchase price! However, everyone (dealers) finds it friendlier to be contacted at least once before the exchange than to suddenly receive something back without comment.

Please contact us and we will clarify whether and how a return is possible.

The prerequisite is always that the goods are in new condition and show no signs of wear!

Even in the case of a return, the return costs are to be borne by the customer. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will then refund the purchase price by way of the original payment.
