General information about PayPal:

PayPal payments are "authorized" for us for approximately 30 days. This means:

The total amount is authorized for us to collect via PayPal for approximately 30 days.

The customer also receives corresponding information from PayPal via email.

We only collect the amount once we are able to ship the goods. This is to avoid further increasing the already high PayPal fees, as each chargeback also incurs charges.

If there were already widely available alternatives, we would have deactivated PayPal for cost reasons.

Furthermore, it unfortunately happens quite often with PayPal that the customer is not properly redirected back to the shop. The customer receives a confirmation from PayPal, but not from the shop system! And unfortunately, we are not notified of this!

This means: If you do not receive an order confirmation from the shop, the order process has not gone through! Please inform us briefly in this case.

If PayPal isn't working and you can still pay:

Simply select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method and send us a brief email or write a note in the free text field at the end of the order process (only possible with a customer account!).

We can then send you a payment link for credit card payments, or you can transfer the amount to our account.

Card payments are then processed securely via Stripe.
